HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Litton Loan, Ocwen and others drove a financial and operational business expert and Federally-vetted Arbitrator from prosperity to welfare through deliberate fraud and depraved indifference. Here's how:
- Accepted and cashed mortgage payments from homeowners without acknowledging them and reducing the mortgage balance accordingly.
- Arbitrarily increased mortgage principal at least 8 fold.
- Filed a fraudulent mortgage with the State of New Jersey at least 4 years after the correct mortgage was executed.
- Hired at least 3 law firms to berate homeowner and steal her property using fraudulent legal documents and deception through the NJ legal System.
- Litton Loan assured that new owner Goldman Sachs would ensure they acted honorably.
- HSBC attorneys claimed they were paying legal bills of all defendants; this was 5 years after HSBC falsely denied responsibility for mortgage fraud, in writing.
